Kitchen Angels

Albertson Cooking School would not be where it is today without our kitchen angels who are dedicated to make things run smoothly! Being an assistant requires hard work and time, but it's an opportunity to mingle with students, receive recipes, taste samples, and learn from the best! All assistants are required to enroll (no charge) 

in a Knife Skills class. Among the many perks and bonuses for our Kitchen Angels, 

none beat the comradery our has fostered!
