CHARITABLE DONATIONS & aUCTIONS

If your school, church or organization is sponsoring a find-raising auction, inquire about our donation program. Guidelines include the purchase of a gift certificate for Albertson Cooking School. We are delighted to work with local charities and donate classes in return.

The Ruth Newman Shapiro (RNS) Cancer & Heart Fund holds an annual bag luncheon at Great Bay Golf Club in August. The event showcases hundreds of bags, many designer labels, for auction with a delightful three course lunch. Your gently used bags are needed!! Please bring to any class attending, ACS will happily deliver them!

Albertson Cooking School has long supported Philadelphia's local Ronald McDonald House. Currently we are collecting tabs, think soda cans, beer cans, even pet food cans, etc. These tabs are donated and turned into much needed funds. 

Bring yours to any class and add them to our jar!

Alex's Lemonade Stand, a local charity fighting childhood cancer and Albertson Cooking School joined forces over 10 years ago. Albertson Cooking School donates all profits from classes and seminars to Alex's. To date ACS has donated more than $35,000.00!

At Albertson Cooking School, our mission is to promote inspiration, vision for furthering the culinary arts and preserve our culinary heritage. We introduce students to healthy, delicious, sustainable food in this ever-changing world. We share our passion for food in each and every class we present. 

Our cooking school is located in Broomall Pennsylvania. All our classes are held at Madsen Design Center, a kitchen and bath design showroom. Andy Madsen has generously outfitted the front kitchens to have our classes.
