All classes are held at Madsen Design Center, a beautiful kitchen and bath showroom, accommodating 32 for demonstration classes and up to 15 for hands on classes. Located in Broomall, Albertson Cooking School and Madsen Desing Center are centrally located, with easy access from the Main Line to West Chester and beyond. 

Albertson Cooking School succeeds on the wings of our Kitchen Angels. We ask our volunteers to arrive early for set up and prep work, along with staying later to clean up. No culinary skills necessary, just a love for food and learning! All volunteers are asked to attend one knife skills class for safety purposes.
