Who We Are
Albertson Cooking School is a small family owned business that has been catering to the culinary enthusiast for over 40 years in the Philadelphia area. We proudly donate all profits to Alex's Lemonade Foundation.
First-Rate Course Offerings
Our demonstration classes are approximately
2½ hours, and hands-on classes are 3 hours.
All classes include printed recipes, tastings, and local, seasonal ingredients.

It is with a heavy heart that we say a final good-bye to our founder and owner. Charlotte Ann was a driving force in the culinary boom of the Philadelphia area. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and colleagues. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
